In consultation with the Bishop it was agreed that St. Barnabas’ needed a full-time Chaplain and the arrangement of a shared Chaplaincy with the Mission to Seafarers should not be renewed. The congregation of St. Barnabas has now welcomed the Rev’d Rod Price and his wife Beryl to the Chaplaincy and we wish them much happiness in their new post.
 

Children's home-made bread - Harvest 2005, St. Barnabas Church, Limassol

The Sunday School is as active as ever and, last Harvest, the children had the fun of baking bread on the Saturday before. The photograph shows the children with their bread at the Sunday service. Some of this was eaten at the Harvest lunch while the rest was taken to one of the local Homes.
