The Seventh Sunday after Trinity

Monday Mary Magdalene
Wednesday James the Apostle
Thursday Anne and Joachim, Parents of the B.V.Mary

Let us give thanks and praise that we are fortunate in now having two Dioceses with whom we are linked.

It is very good to have the enriching experiences which being linked with other Diocese can bring.  As well as asking you to consider keeping these Dioceses always in your prayers, I would also ask you to look carefully at how your own church fits into this process.  If you see no signs of the link being displayed in your churches do please ask your clergy for details or contact your Diocesan liaison officer.

Let us seek God's guidance with the work He wishes us to do with our Link Dioceses and pray that we may constantly learn from each other.  Our links have been strengthened over the early summer months as clergy from one Diocese have gone to work in and with another.  We thank God for this initiative and hope and pray that this will be only the beginning of many exchanges between the Dioceses for both lay and clergy.
