John Crothers receives RSCM honorary award

John Crothers was delighted to receive his honorary award at the Royal School of Church Music Awards Presentation Ceremony in Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford on Saturday.

Based in Cyprus and France, John serves as organist and choirmaster at St Andrew’s when in Kyrenia; in Paris, he is a member of St George’s Anglican Church.

John very much enjoyed the occasion. “It was a delight to natter and laugh with eminent composers Thomas Hewitt Jones and Joanna Forbes Lestrange, too!”

“Many congratulations from all of us on this well-deserved recognition,” said Linda Balfe, on behalf of St Andrew’s.
