Louise Bougourd is a Governance and Risk Adviser who relocated to Ras Al Khaimah, UAE in 2018, attending St Luke Ras al Khaimah. She is British, married to Alan and has two daughters who are in full-time education.
House of Clergy Gulf representative
The Reverend Prem Mitra is parish priest at Holy Trinity Dubai.
Before joining the Diocese, Fr Prem served for many years in parishes in South India, where he ministered at two large churches in Bengaluru (Bangalore). He has a specialist interest in ecological and environmental matters.
He is married to Pauline, who is co-president of the Diocesan Mothers’ Union, and they have a son, Jeffery.

Deb Graham is retired, after a business career in purchasing and office management. She spends most of her time in Cyprus and attends St Helena Larnaca. She is married to Geoff, a priest and former Army officer.
House of Clergy Cyprus representative
The Reverend Deborah Moorgas assumed her role as priest at St Barnabas Limassol and St Lazarus Pissouri in 2024.
Previously priest-in-charge of two congregations in the Diocese of Natal in South Africa, Deborah worked for over 30 years in the private sector, leaving her role as a marine insurance broker upon her calling to full-time ministry.
