The Christ Church Jebel Ali Ladies Group presented their first-ever Christmas Medley in church yesterday—melodious voices accompanied by saxophone, piano, guitar and drums creating a truly uplifting atmosphere on the Third Sunday of Advent.

The medley, beautifully directed by Asha Maben, was received with effusive applause.

“Husbands in the pews looked visibly proud,” says Manisha Cornelius—”and slightly relieved it went so well! A joyful first attempt—all glory to God.” 

The Ladies Group offered its heartfelt thanks to parish priest the Reverend Jim Young, for his continuous encouragement and support.

“His unwavering dedication, wisdom and care inspire all of us, and strengthen our parish community every day,” says Manisha.
