Archdeacon Michael Mbona recently made his first visit to St George Baghdad to familiarize himself with aspects of life on the compound including the clinic, the kindergarten, and the primary school. He was able to interact with members of staff and with the congregation of the Sunday service and also had time with Sheikh Saddam al Atwani, a tribal leader.
