Bishop Sean was honoured to meet today with US Ambassador to Bahrain Stephanie L. Hallett, appointed to the post in January this year.

Ambassador Hallett is also chair of the Christian Cemeteries Committee. There are three Christian cemeteries in Bahrain, following the opening of a new site last year.

Ambassador Hallett has served in several countries in which the Diocese has churches, including Cyprus and Oman. The meeting provided an opportunity to brief her on the ministry of St Christopher’s Cathedral and Awali Church, as well as the wider Diocese.
