The Latin Catholic Bishop of Cyprus, Msgr Bruno Varriano, hosted an ecumenical gathering at the Latin Vicariate in Nicosia on Wednesday, in a spirit of fellowship before the Feast of Ascension.

The gathering drew together representatives of the churches of the Eastern and Oriental Orthodox, Latin and Oriental Catholic, Anglican, Lutheran and Evangelical traditions, as well as the Holy See and the Office of the Religious Track of the Cyprus Peace Process.
