Archbishop Michael led and preached at all Holy Week services at St Luke Ras al Khaimah in the UAE, each day from Palm Sunday through to Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday, and Easter morning. He and Julia were hosted by Fr Kent Middleton and warmly welcomed by the regular congregation.

At the Vigil and First Mass late on Saturday night, Archbishop Michael confirmed candidates from St Martin Sharjah as well as from St Luke’s. St Martin’s parish priest Fr Drew Schmotzer and many of his people drove north for the occasion.
