Pauline Mitra attended a conference in India on anti-human trafficking and modern slavery last week, organised and hosted by the Diocese of Durgapur, the Church of North India and USPG—the United Society Partners in the Gospel, an Anglican mission agency founded in 1701.
Pauline, who is co-president of the Diocesan Mothers’ Union, spoke to delegates about the work of Holy Trinity Church Dubai—serving as a multicultural, multilingual spiritual home from home for migrant workers from across the globe.
The conference was held on 3-8 November in Durgapur and Malda.
