Bishop Sean and Jenny attended a celebration of Holy Eucharist led by Archbishop Hosam at the Chapel of Abraham inside the Holy Sepulchre in the Old City of Jerusalem today, the Monday of Holy Week.

In the Aedicule Chapel of the Holy Sepulchre Bishop Sean prayed at the tomb of Jesus—praying especially for the parishes of the Diocese of Cyprus and the Gulf, that the resurrection and life of Christ would continually transform and empower them.

Before the service, Bishop Sean and Jenny were honoured to visit His Beatitude Patriarch Theophilos III. During the meeting Archbishop Hosam thanked the Patriarch for his statement in support of the Anglican Church, following the attack yesterday on its medical facility in Gaza—Ahli Arab Hospital.
