As a Diocesan family we give thanks for the life of His Holiness Pope Francis: for his leadership of the Roman Catholic Church and in the Church universal; and for his extraordinary witness to Christ in the lives of the most marginalised in society.

May he rest in peace and rise in glory.

We hold our Catholic brothers and sisters in our prayers during this time of sadness and transition.
